all orders, we cannot accept phone orders. All orders must be submitted in writing either
online or by fax (click here for printable fax order form). Accuracy on all written orders is
guaranteed.

Production/Shipping
Information and Company Policies
1. Due to the need for accuracy on
personalized items, we cannot accept phone orders. All orders must be in writing, either
online, or by fax. Any changes or cancellations must be made in writing within 1
hour
after placing order. After that time, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations.
2. Please allow 10 business days (Monday - Friday) to receive your order of printed
items. Printing takes 4-5 business days on most items; shipping takes approximately
3-5
business days. Allow 5-6 business days production time for glassware plus shipping
time. Rush shipping may be available at times, however, no rush orders on glassware or
chocolates.
3. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks. We
accept money orders and bank checks. Please indicate you will be sending a money order at
the time you submit your order online. Please include your full name when you mail your
money order.
4. Our accuracy guarantee states that we will print exactly what you order, or we will
reprint your order. We will use our professional judgment in regards to placement of
text, design, and the appropriate size and position on printed items. We cannot accept
returns on personalized items. For returns of unprinted items, there may be a 10%
restocking charge. If you have a problem or question regarding your order, you must
contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience to
international customers. If you can arrange courier pickup, we can work with you on an
order, except for matches or glassware. Please email for details.
