Due to the need for accuracy on all orders, we cannot accept phone
orders. All orders must be submitted in writing either online or by
email (click here for
order form). Accuracy on all written orders is guaranteed.
Sorry, we do not have
a print catalog at this time. We do not sell wholesale, and we do not ship
outside the
U.S.
Return
Policy: Because most of our items are personalized, we do not
accept returns. If we make an error in the printing of your order,
we will reprint at our expense. If you receive a damaged item,
please contact us and we will arrange to have the damaged item
picked up, and we will replace it at our expense. Unprinted boxes
used for candy (plastic or paper) cannot be returned. We recommend
ordering a sample of plastic boxes before placing your order.
Production Time:
Printing takes 4-5 business days on most printed items (napkins,
ribbon, bags, boxes, tags, etc.) Blank items ship within 1-2 days.
Ground UPS shipping takes approximately 3-5
business days. Allow 5-6 business days production time for glassware and
orders with customer-supplied art, plus shipping
time. Rush shipping available, however, no rush orders on glassware. Please
email us with any questions you may have about your order.

Information and Company Policies
1. Due to the need for accuracy on personalized items, we cannot accept phone
orders. All orders must be in writing, either online, or by fax. Any changes or
cancellations must be made in writing within 2 hours after placing order. After that time,
we cannot accept any changes or cancellations.
2. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks. We
accept money orders and bank checks. Please indicate you will be sending a money order at
the time you submit your order online. Please include your order number when you mail your
money order.
3. Our accuracy guarantee states that we will print exactly what you order, or we will
reprint your order. We will use our professional judgment in regards to placement of
text, design, and the appropriate size and position on printed items. We cannot accept
returns on personalized items. For returns of unprinted items, there may be a 10%
restocking charge. If you have a question regarding your order, you must contact us within
7 days of receiving your order.
4. At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience to
international customers.

I finally made it down my daughter's house and got to see my candy bars
that I had ordered for my daughter Larissa's going into the Navy party.
They are unbelievable and so special! I love the entire product, they look so
elegant and the writing is pretty in the red metallic and the red
foil. They look so expensive and I can honestly say they are worth every penny to make her
day so special. She leaves June 27th and her party is
June 18th. I am very glad I found you on the internet. Thank you from my heart
for letting me pester you a few times while I was waiting for
them. I was just excited because I couldn't imagine what they would be like. I don't

Hi. A while back, I ordered a set of champagne flutes
for my friend who was recently engaged. (It was the set that was $30.50
with the different printing on each glass, clear beveled stem). I just wanted to tell you

Hi there,
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the service I have
received from Favors Etc.!!! I called last Thursday and placed a last minute
rush order for some silver chocolate coins, to be used for a 25th anniversary
party coming up this Saturday. The person I spoke to said it would be no
problem to make the coins and get them shipped to me within a
week.....although we would be cutting it very close!! So, I was hoping (and
praying!) that they would arrive at least by Friday, in time for the party on
Saturday. And, to my great surprise, they were waiting on my doorstep when I
